Production standards for club play in Novi Sad were moved up to next level!

Thanks to company "PSP ELEKTRONIK" on October 15. 2009. in the " Trema " club, in the Serbian National Theater, a concert was held to promote the album "Prodaj nas" of local band "Grate". Complete audio-visual atmosphere, was realized in the production of "PSP ELEKTRONIK" as a result of a long collaboration with band "Grate".To impressed audience we have shown that a concert for young and still not very well known groups can be created by high world standards. Promotion was taken in co-production of RTV Vojvodina and Studio Road.

Bečej City Days
31.07-02.08.2009.

For the first time in Becej, organized by township, was celebrated day of this city. Complete technical support were Studio Rolometal form Becej and our company. On the main square was set stage dimensions 18x14 meters with rich lighting and quality sound. On crowded square on stage entered Koldusopera, Ruža Magdolna, City choir with friends, Zvonko Bogdan, Art and cultural society from township and Iskon.

Rigging Course

The risk of accidents in our job, even fatal ones, is very high. Accidents can be caused by unprofessional mounting of stage and constructions, lifting heavy weight above crowed, inadequate safety, improper handling of motors for raising aluminum construction, inadequate distribution of the burden by aluminum truss, are just some of the causes of failure and brake of aluminum truss.


PSP ELEKTRONIK organized  "Rigging course", for rental companies form Serbia and Croatia. Lectures and examination of the course, conducted by the renowned Dutch engineer Rinus Baker.Within 5 days, course participants were able to learn basic (and important) techniques to ensure aluminum construction, and how to increase the safety and stop possible accidents on the events. members of technical teams of  PSP ELEKTRONIK passed final exam are very , both taking positions in the first five. Total number of people who are participated in this course was 15, and 10 of them passed final exam and received diploma.

Course themes:

Day 1

• Welcome, introduction and program explanation
• Safety, Responsibility & Liability, Legislation
• Lifting of unguided and guided loads; Standards and Codes of Practice, European Machinery Directive.
• Danger, hazards and risks. Risk reduction, factor of safety, factor of design, factor of use. Failure in deformation or breaking.
• Machinery & equipment: chain hoist (hand & electric), winch, theatre fly bar, wind-up & crane; lifting tools and lifting accessories
• Maintenance, inspection and testing and ‘certification’

Day 2

• Lifting materials: wire rope and wire rope slings, composition
• Wire rope sling terminations and characteristics
• Safe use of wire rope: bending and sharp edges
• Lifting materials: chain types: hoist chain & slinging chain,
• Hooks, shackles, beam clamps, eye-bolts etc.
• Lifting materials: webbing & round slings + soft steels

Day 3

• Slinging material, - standards, - methods & - factors, sharp edges
• Force calculation: – reaction forces
• Force calculation: – vector forces
• Force calculations: – two legged bridle forces

Day 4

• Hands on: bridle components and placement, secondary safeties
• Evaluation of bridle assemblies
• Truss: structural principle, connections and function of components
• Reading, understanding & interpretation of load tables
• Truss slinging, suspension materials & force factors
• Truss: Inspection & criteria for discard
• Truss: design & calculation check of truss structures

Day 5

• Fibre ropes & Knowledge of Knots
• Questions & calculation exercise

ViP Big Brother All Stars

The successful cooperation of EMOTION PRODUCTION andi PSP ELEKTRONIK, is continioued with project VIP Big Brother All Stars. Our company has accepted the task of providing aluminium construction for the entrance of the house of Big Brother. Team of our company succecfully overcome the problems of inaccessible terrain. New Years Eve
01.2009.

The city of Novi Sad was the host of a large number of performers in the sphere of music. Citizens of Novi Sad had the opportunity to proprite rich musical content on the main square, on Trg Mladenaca, on the Fair and on Spens.

As in previous years PSP ELEKTRONIK was active in New Years Eve 2009. Our people and equipment were involved in three locations.

On the Liberation Square we set one part of the stage and stairs, as well as delay tower in Modena street, composed of PROLYTE trussing system.

On the next location, sport and bussiness center od Vojvodina (SPENS), PSP ELEKTRONIK instaled complete CODA AUDIO Line Array system, formed of 12 subwoofers & 24 satelites. All sound was mounted on the beams made of PROLYTE trussing system. With professional support of PSP ELEKTRONIK, performance of Darkwood Dub, Obojeni Program and lot of DJs, went on perfectly.

Čurug - Coda Audio
2009.

We supply Davidoff cafe pizzeria with Coda Audio sound system. Thought it looks like easy job, it was a challenge for us, because in this place rock bands play often. Meaning, place needed gentile and soft sound during day, and rough and hard sound once band enters. Wanted effect was created combining one active bass PW12A, one passive bass PW12, two boxes K12, two boxes K189i and K189Pro monitors.
